Calculate your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for Canada Express Entry
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a points-based system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to assess and rank candidates in the Express Entry pool. Your CRS score determines your rank among all candidates and influences your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence.
CRS ranks candidates based on skills, education, language ability, work experience, and other factors that contribute to economic success in Canada.
Your CRS score can change based on improvements in language skills, additional education, work experience, or obtaining a provincial nomination.
Candidates from around the world compete in the same pool, with the highest-scoring candidates receiving ITAs in regular draws.
| Draw Date | Draw Type | CRS Cut-off | ITAs Issued |
|---|---|---|---|
| July 25, 2025 | All Programs | 478 | 3,200 |
| July 18, 2025 | PNP Only | 684 | 1,067 |
| July 11, 2025 | All Programs | 481 | 2,850 |
| July 4, 2025 | French Priority | 388 | 800 |
| June 27, 2025 | All Programs | 483 | 3,100 |
Recent draws show CRS cut-offs ranging from 478-483 for all-program draws. French language speakers and PNP candidates continue to have advantages.
To be competitive, aim for a CRS score of 480+ for all-program draws. Provincial nominations guarantee an ITA regardless of core CRS score.
